3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund eligibility.
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method, which in our case is Cash on Delivery.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or other agreed method after verification.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
